Booking terms

Draft. These terms apply to Second Set trips only. Trips in our comparison table are sold by their operators under their own terms.

Deposits

• UK weekends: £150 per person. Sun Reset: £300 per person.
• Your deposit holds a place on a specific departure. It is fully refundable until your 15-minute level call.
• If we cannot place you in a group at your level and age band, we refund your deposit in full.

Balance

The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. We send an invoice by email.

Cancellation by you

• More than 8 weeks before departure: deposit kept after the level call.
• 8 to 4 weeks: 50% of the total price.
• Less than 4 weeks: 100% of the total price.

Minimum numbers

Each departure needs at least 8 guests. If we cancel for low numbers, we refund everything you have paid.

Flights and insurance

Flights are not included. You must hold travel insurance that covers racket sports.

Health

Padel is physical. Tell us about any injury or condition that affects how you play. Take part within your own limits.

Financial protection

Our coaching retreats are packages under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, as amended from 6 April 2027. Each retreat is run with a licensed travel partner that acts as organiser and protects your payments. We name the partner and its protection on the retreat page before taking any deposit, and your deposit is paid under its terms.
